This application is an internal tool operated by Roundex Inc. (3343 Arden Rd, Ste A, Hayward, CA 94545, USA) to manage its own eBay seller account. It is not offered to other sellers or to the public.
With the seller's authorization, the application reads and updates the seller's own listings, inventory, orders, payouts and related account settings through eBay's APIs.
Order details, including buyer shipping information, are used only to fulfil and support the seller's own orders and to keep the records required for accounting and tax. Data is stored in access-controlled systems used by Roundex Inc. and is not sold or shared, except with the shipping and fulfilment providers needed to deliver orders.
We subscribe to eBay marketplace account deletion and closure notifications. When eBay notifies us that a user has closed their account, we delete that user's personal data from our systems, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations such as tax.
